Made with fresh cream from South Tyrol, Brimi Mascarpone is a creamy fresh cheese. Mascarpone is superb for starters and ideal for putting a finishing touch to sweets and desserts.

It is tasty in its natural form or in fluffy desserts, especially tiramisu. Mascarpone is ivory in color and has a pleasant sweet, creamy flavor. Brimi Mascarpone comes in 250 g and 500 g tubs as well as 2,000 g bucket. Naturally the raw milk also comes from South Tyrolean mountain farmers, who use GMO-free feed.
