Fun snacks for the young and the young at heart, but also practical formats for salads and tasty, original kebabs. They are also called Minis or Cherries with a weigh of 7.5 g each. For our Haymilk products we use 100% pure haymilk from fresh grass, hay and herbs, grown on our Alpine farms in the heart of South Tyrol.
Thanks to their versatile use, the Mozzarelline from Brimi play an important part in the Brimi cookbook, in which Heinrich Gasteiger, Gerhard Wieser, Helmut Bachmann reveal 35 recipes.
